Closer Than It Appears

If the above picture pretty much captures how life’s challenges are ‘bearing’ down on you (pardon the pun) then you’re not alone!

In fact, that’s what I want to share with you today: You truly ARE never alone. Our creator is ever-present and never-changing. Our creator; Heavenly Father; our Lord is not distant. To the contrary, He is only a prayer away.

God never changes… that’s the good news…. however, our perception of Him changes… that should be ‘the better’ news. If the Lord seems more distant than when you last checked; perhaps you’re not giving Him enough of your time and attention? Maybe the Grizzly in the mirror is taking up more space than he deserves? After all; he’s only an image in the rear-view mirror.

Let’s spend more “Selah” time (Selah=Pause and reflect) with our Heavenly Father who never changes His mind about loving YOU.
